Privacy policy

Last updated 5 November 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you buy a skip, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Your first name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address.
  • Details of your order: venue, night, number of people, price paid, and when your ticket was scanned.
  • Payment details, which go straight to our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type, so the site works properly.

Why we collect it

  • To issue your ticket and send it by SMS or email.
  • To let the venue's door staff check your ticket. They see your first name and the number of people on it.
  • To handle refunds and top-ups.
  • To understand which venues and nights are busy, so we can improve the service.

We don't sell your information. We only send you marketing if you agree to it, and you can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

  • The venue you booked, limited to what the door needs.
  • Stripe, to process payments and refunds.
  • Our SMS and email providers, to send your ticket.
  • Anyone we're required to share it with by law.

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, then delete or de-identify them.
