Refund policy

Refused at the door

If security turns you away, you get a full refund automatically, fees included.

Skip-only tickets

If you buy a skip without entry, you need a valid ticket from the venue for the same night. If you don't have one, the skip isn't refunded. If you have a valid ticket and security refuses entry, you get a full refund of the skip.

Change of mind

Skips aren't refunded if you change your mind or don't go.

Venue closed or event cancelled

If the venue closes or cancels the night after you've paid, you get a full refund automatically.

Running late

Your skip works for one hour from purchase (or from doors open). After that it expires, but you can top it up to the current price from your ticket for a fresh hour. Expired skips aren't refunded.
